と送信したら、何と「３分！」という速攻で返事が来ました、

Indeed you order has been processed and despatched by air mail small packet service on 16th February. There is not a track on this service and transit times can be 10-28 days, please be patient it will arrive soon.

今回は国際宅急便ではなく、「air mail small packet」のようです。日本だとどう呼ばれているのか検索すると、小形包装物(small packet)だそうで、Air mail（航空便）とＳＡＬ（エコノミー航空）があり、結構、日数が違うようです。
